Conference 2018

THEME: Holistic Approaches to Brain Health & Mental Wellbeing.

After the success of last year's Conference and with a new, enlarged membership, we are planning for the 2018 Conference to be bigger and more informative than ever.

The theme for 2018 is "Holistic Approaches to Brain Health & Mental Wellbeing", and we have been lucky to secure interest from both local and international speakers of an extraordinary high quality. Once again we are holding the Conference at the Sudima Hotel, near the airport in Auckland, and will be recording the conference which will be available for purchase by members who cannot attend.

Please save the date, not only to learn about the latest in new modalities, but to connect with your colleagues and peers.

Please Note: Early Bird ticket sales end 31st July.

The Speakers

Our speakers were chosen after a Call for Abstracts that was incredibly well responded to. We are delighted to welcome speakers from both New Zealand and Australia, many with extensive international training and experience, as well as naturopaths undertaking doctorate-level study.

The Programme

The Conference sub-committee have done a wonderful job of putting together an interesting and informative programme. Our theme has been well received and inspired many well-regarded speakers and researchers to submit Abstracts for our consideration. You can view the full programme below, or download a pdf of the programme here.

The Seminars

We are excited about the range of topics to be covered by our international and local speakers. The Conference theme will be covered from many angles, all reflecting current leading thinking across respective modalities and research. Go here for abstracts on all this year's presentations.

Ticketing Options

Our programme is spread over a weekend, and tickets are available for either Saturday, Sunday or both days. We would recommend you attend both days to take full advantage of the international quality of the speakers and topics to be covered. NMHNZ members will get extra CPE points for attending the AGM at the end of Saturday’s programme and all attendees are invited to a “Mix & Mingle” Cocktail hour, which will be followed by the Conference Dinner – do book your ticket when registering!

NOTE: EARLY BIRD SALES END 31ST JULY.

Venue/Parking/Catering/Accomodation

The Sudima Auckland Airport has been chosen due to its accessibility to those travelling in to Auckland for the Conference. There is easy parking available and accomodation for any out-of-towners. Catering, as always, will include options for vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan preferences.
