As a degree qualified, Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, I have a special interest in environmental toxicity, epigenetics and nutrigenomics and enjoy working with people that want to improve their overall health. I support people with the common cold and flu right through to those who have more complex chronic health conditions.



I work with my clients and support them to restore their health and wellbeing via education, improving nutrition and giving practical help.



My recommendations will often include a combination of herbal formulations, supplements, diet and lifestyle changes that are tailored to my client's individual requirements.



I am extremely passionate about Natural Medicine and what it can offer people and believe that evidence-based medicine and continued learning is important. I invest time and resources into staying up to date with current research and strive to provide the most up to date information and the best quality care for my clients.
