My passion is to bring my clients back to optimal health. For some, diet and lifestyle changes are sufficient, for others we need to dig deeper and use supplements and herbal medicines to achieve this.





With a Bachelor of Natural Medicine and a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science, health and medicine have been my endeavour for more than 20 years. I have also been a La Leche League leader for 10 years, supporting mothers and babies to achieve their breastfeeding goals.
