Sarah is a Dunedin based Naturopath who is available for in-clinic Naturopathic consultations that will set you on the path for better health and wellbeing. Her philosophy is simple: Natural health - let it grow . . . . Sarah's company is Cliffside Herbary & Dispensary, a boutique Naturopathic Clinic with Herbal Dispensary, Apiary, and Medicinal Herbary. In clinic Sarah uses the tools of holistic Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Iridology, and where appropriate Natural supplements. In the herbary Sarah propogates many medicinal herbs, plants, and seeds. As well as Naturopathic consultations and herbs, Sarah has a range of workshops that coincide with school holidays to teach young people the value of natural health. Classes are divided into younger age/teenage groups. Adult classes are available during winter months. The Medicinal Herbary is open by appointment only.
