Ali Wilford

Ali holds a degree in naturopathy, nutrition, and herbal medicine. She has a private practice on Auckland’s North Shore, conducting consultations in person and online for clients all over NZ.



Ali is warm and approachable. She focuses on partnering with clients, using holistic assessment and analysis to find and address underlying causes. Her bespoke naturopathic treatment plans are underpinned by current medical research, shared decision-making, coaching and education; aimed at empowering clients to achieve long-term health and vitality.



Areas of experience and interest include menopause, metabolic health and longevity, stress, fatigue, mood, digestion and nutrition.
