Outside of Steph Pearson Naturopathy, I enjoy cooking and baking, and being active as much as possible, whether running, walking, doing Pilates or hanging out with my little boy and baby girl at the beach or park. I feel most grounded when in nature. I am a huge foodie and love exercise – balance is key. My philosophy; is food and lifestyle. It’s that simple. My goal is to educate and guide my clients along the journey of how to eat best for our bodies. Exercise, mindfulness, and lifestyle all come under that. A happy mind and body are a healthy one.
