Sandy is an Omaha based, degree qualified, Naturopath and Medical Herbalist. I love empowering my clients to achieve optimum wellness. There's no 'one size fits all' when it comes to health and wellbeing. We are all unique. Achieving optimum wellness requires a personalised approach. Sandy enjoys working with clients across a wide span of ages and life stages, with a range of health concerns and conditions, however is passionate about gut and immune health. Good digestive health is a key factor in staying healthy, so optimising gut health with my clients is a priority. Sandy's clinical focus is digestive disorders, and chronic health conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes and heart disease. I love helping tired, stressed clients improve their sleep and energy levels, better manage stress, and reach and maintain a healthy weight - achieving a healthy, happy life balance.
