My passion for Harmonic Health is to spread holistic knowledge of health and wellness and inspire others to continue their journey towards living abundantly healthy lives. I believe wellness is achieved when we live in harmony in all three aspects of our being -spirit, soul and body. I am passionate about essential oils for wellness, real food for nutrition, juice cleansing, affirmations and declarations for shifting negative patterns and prayer, meditation and self-love for fostering the innate healing ability we were created with.
