My Practice focuses on pregnancy, infants and children. I am a hands in the soil Herbalist and Naturopath who believes in encouraging life skills that help provide changes in thinking. Such as promoting parents use of gardens and herb boxes for children to tend to so they learn and understand the basis of growing healthy food to eat and form a relationship with the plants. I enjoy allowing children to voice how they feel and the wonder and magic of being little. Making potions and creams for them to use and the world of imagination is a great way to promote their health and is a fun part of a child's consultation process in my clinic.
