I graduated in 2010 and ran my practice Purely Health full-time before becoming a mum. I love helping people achieve balance in their lives and helping them return to good health. I have a special interest in food intolerances, food allergies and digestive health. Since becoming a mum I started up the site Love Food Nourish which is a blog with healthy recipes for people with various food intolerances and sensitivities. I am also a qualified massage therapist and Reiki practitioner.
