Katherine Matthews

Katherine is a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, and nutritionist based in Auckland. She believes in being her clients advocate and educator, combining current scientific evidence with traditional naturopathic knowledge to increase her clients wellness.
She has trained at a medically supervised water only fasting clinic in America called True North Health. She has a special interest in fasting, gut health and hormones.
