I am a person living with a neurodivergency and am passionate about mental health accommodations and support with nutrition, supplementation, and herbal medicine. I also have a special interest in health needs for women and people who were born with a female body; in providing holistic and robust health recommendations and educating clients in the beauty of their bodies and their hormones.
