My passion is joining my clients on their health journey, offering achievable support and guidance, always tailored to the individual. I hold a degree in Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine and a Diploma in Nutrition from Wellpark College, where I graduated as top clinical practitioner. I always consider your health as if it was my own so you can be reassured knowing you have a partner helping you navigate the realm of natural health, choosing the right approach for you. Taking a holistic approach means considering you as a whole person, therefore I always work with people rather than conditions. That being said, I have a special interest in the following areas: hormones, fertility & pregnancy; mood, fatigue & overwhelm; autoimmune, poor immunity & post-viral syndromes; gut & digestive health; health optimisation & healthy ageing.
