Kia ora, my name is Alicia, and I am a Registered naturopath, medical herbalist, and clinical nutritionist. My passion lies in the integration of plant medicine, nutritional food, and mind-body practices that work harmoniously towards the realignment of mind, body, and soul. When it comes to approaching health, I firmly believe in employing evidence-based research while also respecting and utilising traditional knowledge. Moreover, I work with my own intuitive knowing as an extra layer of depth to my practice. For me, the cornerstone of my work lies in developing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. It is during this connection that a unique story unfolds, revealing what the client intuitively knows already, combined with what I know, that forms the individualised health plan.
