Ali Wilford

Ali holds a degree in naturopathic and herbal medicine. She has a private practice on Auckland’s North Shore and in Matakana, seeing clients in person and via telehealth. Ali is warm and approachable. She focuses on partnering with clients to find and address the underlying causes of health concerns. Her treatment plans are underpinned by current medical research and; aimed at empowering clients to achieve long-term health and vitality. Areas of experience and interest include menopause, metabolic health and longevity, stress, fatigue, mood, digestion and nutrition.
