With advanced qualifications and clinical experience across naturopathic medicine, nutrition, and mindset coaching, I work with women navigating pre-diabetes, unexplained weight gain and high blood pressure - more often than not these conditions sit alongside menopause, chronic stress and exhaustion. My work integrates: Evidence-based nutrition, blood sugar stabilisation, targeted testing, hormone-supportive lifestyle medicine, and programmes grounded in midlife physiology. I work from a home based clinic on Auckland's North Shore and also see patients virtually via video.
