Kia ora, I'm Becs, a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, and medical herbalist based in sunny Hawke's Bay. I help people to eat, move and think in a way that benefits their health and the health of the planet. I am passionate about the power of plants, as food, and as medicine, empowering people to take control of their health and be the most vibrant version of themselves they can be.
