I am an LGBTQIA+ Naturopath working with evidence-based tools that span holistic nutrition, herbal medicine, mind-body techniques, coaching and education. I understand that physical symptoms do not exist in isolation but are connected to our broader bodies, emotional worlds, social connections, and wider structures. With this knowledge I work with clients where they’re at to make sustainable changes towards their health goals. My practice is predominantly online and I offer sliding scale pricing.
