I'm a Naturopath, Nutritionist & Medical Herbalist. I support those struggling with any number of health concerns such as gut or immunity issues, cognitive concerns, autoimmunity, hormones (hello menopause!), toxin overload, chronic diseases, pain, fatigue, healthy ageing, complex cases, & those sick of being told there is nothing wrong with them. Firstly please understand, you WILL be heard. This is all about you. I work with you to get to the root causes of any issues you may have, or if you're wanting to just optimise your health. My approach is personalised so I become part of your health team, with you the CEO. I'm located on the glorious Kapiti Coast, but can Zoom consult with anyone across the country. I also offer group learning for those not quite ready for 1:1 appointments, and Workplace Wellness presentations - suggest one to your boss!
