I’m a Nutritionist & Naturopath who helps you age without feeling old - staying sharp, energised & resilient so you can keep living with clarity, energy & joy at every stage of adulthood. Whether you’re in your 30s noticing early dysfunction or further along wanting to stay vibrant, I meet you where you’re at - whatever diagnosis or challenges you bring - & I genuinely love working with complex cases. We always start with your standard blood tests - a baseline "look under the hood". Then we add your story - your symptoms, your history, what’s not working. Together, these form the foundation for me to put on my health detective’s hat & uncover what’s been layered over your genetics: from toxins (including heavy metals) & pathogens, to nutrient gaps, gut imbalances, hormones, blood sugar, inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction & more.  Functional testing is often useful, but the real work is in connecting the dots between your results & your lived experience, to reveal why your health has gone off track, or you're just not feeling like "your best you". My down-to-earth, science-led approach helps you age without feeling old, so you can keep living with clarity, energy & joy - &, as the saying goes, die young, as late as possible.
