Helen Green

Kia ora, I’m Helen and I am a Naturopath, Nutritionist and Medical Herbalist based in Kerikeri, in the Far North of New Zealand. I have a passion for integrative health care; that bridges traditional naturopathic methods with conventional medicine. I enjoy translating complex health information into advice that is clear, realistic and achievable, with recommendations tailored to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I currently practice within a community pharmacy setting, at Unichem Kerikeri Pharmacy, where I combine my naturopathic, nutritional and herbal medicine training with preventative healthcare and pharmacy-based health services. I provide acute naturopathic consultations alongside health education and support, and my wider role includes sleep apnoea testing and CPAP support, cardiovascular health screening and helping people navigate appropriate options for their ongoing care. After many years working within the natural health industry and previously in private practice, I value being able to bring a naturopathic perspective into an accessible community healthcare environment. My approach remains centred around looking at the whole person, understanding the factors contributing to their health concerns, and providing practical, evidence-informed support
