As a practitioner my focus is to support you reconnecting and creating a deeper connection with your body. I do this by creating a space where you can open up and be listened to - and also by creating bespoke, high quality, wellness plans utilising nutrition, movement, lifestyle, herbs and supplements. My focus always involves Nervous System regulation, up-to-date research implementations, and a holistic and tailored approach for each individual.
