I am passionate about supporting women's health, particularly mid-life women, to assist in their feeling vibrant and full of vitality to embrace life and enhanced longevity. I believe in slow - simple sustainable steps for success, and progress over perfection. I combine vast life and lived experience with intuition to support achievable goals. Particular areas of interest include peri/menopause, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, gut and neurotransmitter health. I have a burgeoning interest in histamine intolerance/MCAS/CIRS.
