Hi, I'm Cynthia Stephen, founder of The Forensic Naturopath, and a degree-qualified, registered Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Medical Herbalist. My journey into naturopathy began through my own experience of navigating complex health challenges. Despite being told my test results were "normal," I knew something wasn't right. That experience ignited a determination to uncover the why behind chronic illness and inspired the investigative approach that defines my practice today. I combine evidence-informed naturopathy, functional pathology, and advanced testing with a forensic mindset to look beyond symptoms and identify the underlying factors affecting your health. I believe every symptom has a story, and my role is to listen, investigate, and help you uncover the root cause.
