I am a degree trained Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, I am also a Metabolic Balance® practitioner. I draw on my skills as a chef (a past career) and my love of food as medicine and my deep respect and knowledge of medicinal herbs to ensure food and treatment recommendations suits each clients particular body. I work mainly with women in mid life to educate and guide the them though the hormonal changes of perimenopause, specifically focusing on stress and metabolic health, as key causes for many menopausal symptoms. I empower women to change their health trajectory. Less symptoms at perimenopause, equals less symptoms post menopause, equals a healthier wise woman! I work online via video call and from my home clinic for local clients.
