My desire is to use all the resources available to help identify the root causes of my clients’ ailments and guide them to optimal health. I use functional testing and evidence-based nutritional, dietary, and lifestyle approaches to address chronic health conditions. My goal is also to educate, inspire and help my clients to take charge of their health and wellbeing. I work with a wide range of medical conditions but I am particularly drawn to support complex chronic conditions, autoimmunity, women’s health and hormonal disorders.
