Emily Rose Ewen

Growing up in a family with a biomedical background, I was inspired to explore integrative approaches that address the whole person, blending traditional herbal medicine with evidence-based solutions to support the body’s natural healing capacity. As a naturopath and medical herbalist, I work collaboratively with clients to create personalised treatment plans, combining nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and natural therapies. My goal is to empower clients to achieve balance, vitality, and long-term wellness. I have a particular focus on nervous system regulation, mental and emotional wellbeing, digestive health, immune function, thyroid disorders, autoimmune conditions, respiratory health, and skin concerns. I am also dedicated to improving health outcomes for Māori and Pacific communities by fostering an inclusive and welcoming space for all. Currently based in the Waikato, I enjoy spending time in nature, gardening, caring for animals, and finding inspiration in art and music.
