Through compassionate care, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations and personalised naturopathic treatment plans, I help clients achieve balance, vitality, and long-term well-being. I am committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive space where every individual is valued and supported with a particular focus on integrating community health and improving health outcomes for Māori and Pacific communities. My areas of interest include nervous system regulation, mental and emotional well-being, digestive health, immune function, thyroid disorders, autoimmune conditions, respiratory health, skin conditions, and more.
