Stephanie Maunsell

Registered naturopath and medical herbalist. Graduated with a Bachelor of Natural Medicine from South Pacific College of Natural Medicine. My passion is guiding clients to eat real food and exercise while supporting their bodies with nutritional and herbal supplements as needed. I have been an organic farmer in New Zealand for 14 years using regenerative practices where we nurture bacteria and biology in the soil to help build a healthy ecosystem and foundation for plant and animal health. I relate this to how I approach my clients' health: starting with a good foundation and adding in what is needed, where needed, nurturing, supporting and guiding.
