Hannah Leech

I'm a qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist at Solara Health Studio, which I co-founded alongside Sophie Hall. With a deep passion for health, wellness, and natural healing, I’m dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and restore balance through evidence-based, holistic care. At Solara, we take a client-centered approach, blending traditional wisdom with modern science to support each person's unique health journey. Whether it's addressing digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, stress, fatigue, or chronic conditions, my focus is on treating the root cause, not just the symptoms. We currently practice out of The Rehab Physio in Albany, Auckland, where we collaborate with other health professionals to provide integrative, personalised care. I believe in empowering clients with knowledge, tools, and natural therapies to take charge of their well-being and thrive in every aspect of life.
