Mel Forrest

I have been practising as a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist since 2013 and work as a root-cause practitioner, with a broad clinical practice supporting both adults and children across a wide range of health concerns. I have particular interests in digestive and gut health, autoimmune conditions, cardiovascular and metabolic health, hormonal balance, and complex or chronic health presentations. My approach focuses on looking beyond symptoms to identify and address the underlying factors contributing to ill health. I use in-house bioresonance assessment alongside functional diagnostic testing through external laboratories, combining these findings with clinical history to develop highly individualised herbal, nutritional and lifestyle treatment plans.
