Mel Forrest is a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with a Bachelor of Natural Medicine with distinction, from South Pacific College of Natural Medicine. She is lots of other things too, a mum to two teenage boys who love riding motorbikes, a wife to a saxophone playing jazz musician, a gardener and book enthusiast, an ardent researcher and lover of anything that makes ones heart sing. When you come and see her, this is what you get, plus her passion to help people be as well as they can be. But what you don't get is any judgement. This is your journey, she is simply here to share her knowledge and ideas with you and help you on your way. She likes to work within an evidence based framework, linking all recommendations back to current research to ensure you are getting the most up to date treatment options possible.
