Hi! I completed a Bachelor of Natural Medicine with distinction. My own health challenges lead me to see a naturopath and it was through this experience I developed a passion for using nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbal medicine and supplements to support optimal health. I have a special interest in women’s health and hormones, digestion and mental wellbeing.
