Rochelle Leppard

Rochelle’s background comes from working in HR in Auckland and London, which drove her to a point where her own health was suffering. She went searching for a different approach both to life and her own health and spent time in Bali, volunteered at a health retreat in the Gold Coast hinterland and worked at a chiropractic clinic back in her hometown of Tauranga. It was during this time she became interested in getting to the root cause of a problem and healing the body naturally. Once her own health began to improve, she saw the power of Natural Medicine and embarked on her path of learning, completing a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine.    Rochelle has been working with clients for over 5 years. She has decided not to specialise, but has experience working with fatigue, stress/burnout, sleep issues, upper digestive complaints, hormone imbalances, skin irritations, post-antibiotic rebuilding and healthy aging. She believes in looking beyond a medical diagnosis, uncovering the root cause of what might be disrupting the  balance.  When she is not blending herbs and playing health-detective, Rochelle loves to spend time in and around oceans and lakes, walking up hills, absorbing a good book and hanging out with her dog, Nova.
