*Kia ora, I’m Hildegarde May Martin – a qualified naturopath, herbal medicine lover, and someone who truly believes in the body’s ability to heal when given the right support.* My journey into naturopathy began from a deep curiosity about natural health and a desire to work with people in a meaningful, heart-led way. Over the years, I’ve seen how small changes, compassionate listening, and the right support can make a real difference in someone’s wellbeing – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I graduated from the South Pacific College of Natural Medicine with a Bachelor of Naturopathic and Herbal Medicine and bring both scientific knowledge and a deeply intuitive approach to my practice. I believe in keeping things simple, clear, and realistic – working with you, not just your symptoms. I’m particularly passionate about supporting women through life’s transitions, helping people manage chronic diseases and understand their bodies better, and offering gentle, practical guidance that fits into daily life. When I’m not in clinic, you’ll likely find me in the garden, out walking in nature, or brewing up herbal teas in the kitchen. I offer consultations online and in-person at Lin’s Acupuncture & Wellness Centre in central Auckland. Whether you're navigating stress, gut issues, hormone imbalances, fatigue, or just feeling not quite yourself, I'm here to support you.
