Kenya Kinley

I am a Natural Medicine Practitioner and a Registered Nurse. I am very fortunate to have my own practice (I Am Thriving) and also work part time for Autonomy where I have a functional doctor as my clinical mentor and colleague. I work within the preventative medicine scene using lifestyle/ functional medicine to reverse and prevent diseases. I am particularly focused on helping those frustrated by chronic issues who feel unheard and unaddressed. My specialty is metabolic health; however, I enjoy treating symptoms and conditions related to the gut, inflammation, stress, fatigue, poor sleep, recurrent infections, skin complaints, hormone imbalance/perimenopause, chronic pain, sports performance, cognitive health and autoimmune disorders. I am currently working online, but hoping to secure an office space in the near future.
