Dee Copland

I am a degree qualified Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist. I like to encourage a healthy, balanced lifestyle and recommend dietary and lifestyle habits first and foremost to achieve optimal health and vitality.  During consultations, I take into account the three pillars of health; the biochemical, the nutritional and the emotional. I do alot of work with functional testing, especially DUTCH hormone testing for fertility, hormonal imbalances and perimenopause, as well as blood testing. I work with all ages and have seen a range of conditions over the past 18 years. I have 2 young children and love being outdoors as well as preparing and eating delicious food.
