My journey began over 20 years ago at the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine to become a medical herbalist. Since then I have continued to train and upskill myself in various forms of holistic medicine. I offer insightful health care with emphasis on compassion, knowledge and a holistic way of treating illness. To me health and wellbeing are more about feelings of vigor and vitality than they are about absence of disease. I look at the whole picture – physical, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental. I have interests in all areas of health particularly  in women’s health (menopausal and perimenopause symptoms and PMS), anxiety, stress, insomnia, auto-immune conditions, digestive conditions, and general well-being.
