Brooke Kerekere

Hi, I'm Brooke. I am a Registered Naturopath and Herbalist and First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® Registered Practitioner. I hold a Diploma in Naturopathy, a Diploma in New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy, a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Psychology, and a Diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychology. I am currently a student enrolled in the Doctorate and PhD in Natural Medicine Program at Quantum University. I have a special interest in and focus on the mind-body and body-mind connection and the psycho-spiritual aspects of health and wellbeing. I believe that with a regulated nervous system and a coherent bioenergetic system the body, mind and soul have the ability to self-heal. Addressing our psychological stress and trauma with holistic and natural medicine is key to the healthy functioning and balance of our nervous and bioenergetic systems and the wellbeing of our physiology, psychology and psyche.
