Brooke Kerekere

Hi, I'm Brooke. I am a Registered Naturopath and Herbalist and First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® Registered Practitioner. I hold a Diploma in Naturopathy, a Diploma in New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy, a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Psychology, and a Diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychology. I have a special interest in and focus on the mind-body and body-mind connection and the psycho-spiritual aspects of health and wellbeing. I believe that with a calm and balanced nervous system the body has the ability to self-heal. Addressing mental, emotional and spiritual stressors, trauma, and energetic sensitivities with holistic and natural medicine is key to a healthy functioning and regulated nervous system and the wellbeing of body, mind and soul.
