Hi, I’m Isla Grace, a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist dedicated to supporting your wellbeing through herbal medicine, tailored supplements, dietary and lifestyle advice. My approach is rooted in holistic health, blending the healing power of plants with mindful practices to help you feel your best. My own journey with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and anxiety led me to explore natural healing methods, inspiring me to study naturopathy at the South Pacific College of Natural Medicine. The transformative role that diet, plant medicine, and spiritual connection have played in my own healing journey now drives my passion to help others. As a certified 200hr Vinyasa Yoga teacher, I believe in the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. I also offer cacao ceremonies and women’s circles, creating sacred space for reflection, healing, and community. My travels through India and Asia have enriched my practice and deepened my understanding of holistic health. When I'm not working with clients or facilitating ceremonies, you can find me in the ngahere (forest), dancing, and making art.
