My clinic is based in Parnell, Auckland. My main area of focus is womens' health and preconception care. I help with issues including hormonal imbalances, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, ovulatory issues, infertility and menopause. My approach to help bring balance and health back into my clients lives is to guide them to become more aware of their bodies. Sometimes we don't need to reach further than the wisdom of nature and herbs to bring balance and harmony back into our bodies. My methods of assessment include, iridology, facial signs, nails signs, blood tests and other clinical tests. Often I will teach my clients the sympto-thermal method to help bring awareness to their cyclical nature and give indications of hormonal imbalances. I use herbs and nutriceuticals, as well as help my clients with their diet and lifestyle as part of their treatment plan.
