I am a Naturopath with 30+ years experience practising general functional integrative medicine with a focus on causality and promoting wellness in young and the old. Functional medicine incorporates nutrigenomics the interaction between nutrients, genes and biochemistry, and epigenetics which is how experiences and environment affect our genes. I have over the years gleaned a broad range of knowledge and give advice and guidance in a number of issues and conditions including, mood disorders, autoimmune, allergies, hormonal health, gut health including microbiome DNA, SIBO, Coeliac and gluten intolerance. and post viral infections and symptoms. I work from my home clinic in Christchurch.
