Janine Abery

I run my home practice from central Auckland, incorporating all aspects of my naturopathic and herbal training, along with my newly acquired skills as a Prekure-certified mental health coach focusing on acceptance and commitment therapy. In the future I hope to entwine my naturopathic and herbal medicine skills and mental health coaching to form tailor-made programmes specifically for residential carers and disability support workers nationwide.
