Having recently moved from the beautiful Bay of Islands, I've now set up my home practice back in central Auckland. My general practice encompasses all aspects of my naturopathic and herbal training, and in light of Covid 19, online consultations seem to have become the norm! In addition, I'd like to run stage-by-stage workshops from my home focusing first on selecting and growing medicinal herbs, identifying appropriate herbs for common health issues and preparing simple herbal infusions, decoctions and oil infusions. I'm am always looking for ways to advance my study in naturopathy & herbal medicine, and am currently working through an Advanced Mental Health Certificate.
