I have been a naturopath since 2007 and a yoga instructor since 2013. Over the years I have seen how the movement, focus and breathwork of yoga can immensely help both our physical and mental health. I've also seen and felt how more subtle myofascial and lymphatic work can release tension better than the strongest massage. True natural, holistic health is so much more than simply treating conditions with natural and herbal alternative medicines; it really is about helping people to find holistic practices to support their overall health.
