Kathleen Buckton | Auckland Naturopath — Healthy Ageing, Hormone Health & Cognitive Wellbeing Kathleen is an experienced Auckland Naturopath with over 20 years of experience in natural health. She takes a holistic, personalised approach to health, looking beyond symptoms to explore underlying factors and support whole-body wellbeing. Kathleen has a special interest in healthy ageing, brain health and cognitive wellbeing, inspired by her family’s personal experiences with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and other cognitive challenges. She is passionate about helping people take a proactive approach to maintaining their health, vitality and quality of life as they age. Kathleen is experienced in supporting clients with a range of health concerns, with particular interests in: Hormone health and menopause: menopausal symptoms, hormonal imbalances, oestrogen dominance and women's health. Gut health and digestive wellbeing: digestive symptoms, gut function and the relationship between gut health and overall wellbeing. Cognitive and mental health: brain health, memory and cognitive wellbeing, ADHD, AuDHD, autism, MTHFR profiles and dementia-related concerns. Immune health and complex health concerns: immune function, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) and individualised approaches to complex symptoms. Connective tissue health: hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) and hypermobility-related concerns. Cardiovascular and metabolic health: cardiovascular wellbeing, blood sugar regulation and metabolic health. Kathleen combines her extensive naturopathic experience with a warm, supportive and evidence-informed approach, tailoring recommendations to each individual's needs, health history and goals. Based in Auckland, Kathleen offers in-person naturopathic consultations at Advanced Natural Medicine in New Lynn, as well as online and telehealth consultations for clients who prefer the convenience of accessing natural health support remotely.
