I have 18 years of experience as a registered Naturopath based in the Waikato with a special interest in gut health and women’s hormonal health. I am focused on using functional testing and interpreting results with an optimal health lens. Having spent 20 years working on my own gut health challenges, I feel that I have an excellent understanding of gut health conditions and can offer a wide range of testing so that we can pinpoint what is going on for you. Targeted treatment with medicinal herbs and nutritional supplements as well as nutritional and lifestyle advice is often enough to help clients reach their health goals. My latest area of interest is perimenopausal health as I navigate this time of my life as well. I have seen incredible results with people as they commit to making changes to their diet and supplement accordingly. In addressing health disturbance, I am passionate about taking a person-centred approach, using traditional naturopathic principles coupled with evidence-informed practice to obtain the best results for my patients.
