My naturopathic practice is based on treating the whole person as in the whare tapa wha model, the four sided house of mind, body, soul and whanau / community. This is an holistic model based on mātauranga Māori and part of wider naturopathic philosophy. I am client centred and the tools I employ are nutrition, nutritional supplements and herbal medicine. I am a keen foodie and enjoy a mostly plant based Mediterranean diet. I look forward to working with clients both in person in my hometown of Ōpōtiki and on Zoom or any platform of your choice. I can work with you no matter what your health concern is from stress to diabetes, cardiovascular issues or anything else that may come up. Until then I wish you health and happiness.
