I am a New Zealand-registered Naturopath and Medical Herbalist with a Bachelor of Natural Medicine, clinical experience in community pharmacy, and a background supporting people with complex mental health and wellbeing needs. My approach combines traditional naturopathic principles with contemporary scientific understanding to explore how nutrition, lifestyle, digestive health, hormonal changes and other physiological factors may influence health and wellbeing. I believe in looking beyond individual symptoms to understand the broader picture, developing personalised strategies that support health, resilience and day-to-day functioning. My aim is to provide thoughtful, practical and evidence-informed care that complements conventional healthcare where appropriate. Areas of interest ADHD, brain health and nutritional wellbeing I have a particular interest in supporting adolescents and adults with ADHD through individualised nutritional, lifestyle and wellbeing strategies. My approach recognises that ADHD is complex and that support needs to consider the whole person, including sleep, nutrition, daily routines, emotional wellbeing and individual circumstances. My aim is to complement care provided by GPs, psychiatrists, psychologists and other healthcare professionals, helping clients explore practical strategies that support their overall wellbeing.
