As a clinical Naturopath and Herbalist, I believe in health promotion and preventative care. Each client is a unique individual that requires an individualised approach in order to restore their health, vitality and to work towards a long and healthy life. With the use of evidence-based and traditional knowledge I aim to educate my client to understand their body, mind and needs, to achieve wellness and their health goals. The holistic approach of Natural Medicine is non-invasive and supportive, investigating the root cause of any problem or disease, and treating the whole body utilising nutrition, herbal medicine and lifestyle coaching.
