Megan believes in the importance of education and empowerment in order to help clients make health changes achievable for them. While working in sales and marketing in Sydney for a large global firm, Megan experienced a turning point in her own health as it began to decline. Witnessing the power of natural healing inspired her to return to New Zealand and complete her Bachelor of Naturopathic and Herbal Medicine. Having been on her own journey of recovering from various health ailments, Megan understands the importance of establishing the foundations for health in order to create space for the body to start healing. Megan works with and supports a wide range of health concerns such as anxiety, stress, fatigue, low mood, skin and digestive complaints.
