Hi, I'm Mel, the Lil Homestead Naturopath. Based in North Canterbury, I'm here to help people both online and in person find health answers they've been searching for, achieve their wellness goals, and provide tailor made support that works for them. I love the healing power of nature and and combine my knowledge gained from a Bachelor of Natural Medicine, Bachelor of Health Science, and many years of working in injury management and rehabilitation to help others optimise their quality of life. Although I work in all areas and body systems of health, I have a special interest in skin disorders (eczema, psoriasis, acne), post viral conditions (post-covid, chronic fatigue, sinusitis), and peri/menopausal symptoms.
